After five years with ms11, all I need to do is copy and paste my thanks to ms11 from year to year. Now I simply update the number of years, as below:

I'm glad you're continuing to enjoy our service. We have many users from when MS11 was first founded starting in 2002 and it's awesome to know that they are still actively using their space! :)
